full-arch teeth designed to look like yours.

All-on-4 near the Design District is a 5 to 10 minute drive south, depending on traffic, to Prana Dental in Edgewater. For people who care how a smile reads up close, at a client meeting or across a gallery opening, Dr. Aakash Rana, DDS designs fixed full-arch teeth, from $9,999 per arch, starting with a digital preview so you see the design before anything is made.

From $9,999 for each arch. The final price, including your choice of final teeth, is confirmed in writing before treatment.

When the worry is looking fake

People who work around luxury retail, design showrooms, galleries and ICA Miami spend their days judging proportion, color and finish. So it's no surprise that the most common concern about full-arch teeth here isn't the procedure. It's whether the result will look like a row of identical white blocks.

Natural-looking teeth come from planning details: tooth length and width that suit your face, a shade that fits your skin tone and age, slight variation between teeth, and a gumline that sits where your lips expect it. Those choices start at the first visit, not at the end.

Getting here from the Design District

From the streets around NE 38th to 42nd Street and NE 2nd Ave, head south on Biscayne Blvd or NE 2nd Ave. The office is at 3050 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 703, at NE 30th Street, usually 5 to 10 minutes away, depending on traffic. If you're coming from farther afield, I-195 runs right beside the district.

Building parking and street parking are available at the office. A rideshare can drop you at the building on Biscayne, Metrobus routes run along the boulevard (the GO Miami-Dade Transit app has current routes and times), and Citi Bike Miami has stations around the city.

Designing a full arch that looks natural

Start with the smile preview

The free first visit includes an exam, a 3D scan and a digital smile preview. The preview lets you react to shape, length and overall look early, while changes are easy, and bring up anything you want different.

A temporary set that comes first

In many cases, a fixed temporary arch is attached on treatment day. It's designed to be functional while you heal, and the final arch is usually refined from there. Living with the temporary is a useful test: you'll notice what you like and what you'd change.

Final teeth made in our own lab

After a few months of healing, depending on how you heal, your final arch is made in our in-house lab. Final full-arch bridges are commonly made from materials such as zirconia or acrylic, and Dr. Rana explains how each looks and wears so you can choose. Working with an in-house lab makes it simpler to adjust details like shade or shape before the final fit.

Is All-on-4 the right approach?

All-on-4 places four implants in an arch to hold a fixed bridge of teeth. It's usually considered when most teeth in an arch are missing or failing, or for someone ready to leave a removable denture behind. Bone, gums and general health decide whether it's possible for you. Some cases need more implants for support, and then Dr. Rana may recommend , which also starts at $9,999 per arch. If you only need one tooth replaced, see dental implants near the Design District, or, for teeth that are healthy but worn, veneers near the Design District.

Every case here is planned and treated by Dr. Rana himself, a general dentist with training from NYU College of Dentistry, and anything that calls for an oral surgeon gets referred. For the treatment in depth, read the All-on-4 page.

Cost and payment

Pricing starts at $9,999 per arch, and the material you pick for your final teeth is part of the written price. In Miami, full-arch implant treatment is commonly quoted in the $20,000 to $30,000 per arch range. When you compare, insist on line items for the implants, abutments, final teeth, extractions, sedation and the provisional set; our All-on-4 cost guide walks through it.

We offer 0% financing options on approved credit through CareCredit, Cherry and LendingClub. Most major dental insurance is accepted, with the caveat that plans often cover only a share of implant care; we check your benefits for you. Visit financing for more.

Recovery and your calendar

If you take oral sedation, which is available, an adult has to drive you home afterward; the trip back north is short, but you can't drive it yourself. Book treatment when you can step away from client-facing work for a few days, since some swelling is common early on and it takes a little while to get used to speaking with new teeth.

Keep in mind that the temporary arch isn't the finished look. If a big event or shoot is on your calendar, tell Dr. Rana at the first visit so the timing of your final teeth can be planned around it. The recovery timeline explains the stages, and emergency dentist near the Design District covers what to do if something goes wrong.

Questions, answered

Will All-on-4 teeth look natural enough for client-facing work in the Design District?

For many people, yes, when the arch is planned around their face, lips and skin tone. The digital smile preview shows the proposed design early, and the final teeth are made in our in-house lab, where details can be adjusted. Results depend on your bone, gums and the material chosen.

Can I see what my new teeth will look like before treatment?

Yes. The free first visit includes a digital smile preview based on your 3D scan. It shows the planned shape and look so you can ask for changes before anything is made.

Is the temporary arch what my final teeth will look like?

Not exactly. The temporary set, which in many cases is attached on treatment day, is meant to get you through healing. Your final arch is made after healing and is where shade, shape and finish are refined.
