Coming from I-195, exit onto Biscayne Blvd and head south a short distance to reach us. From I-95, take the Midtown or US-1 exits toward Biscayne Blvd and continue north. If you're already on Biscayne Blvd, whether heading south from the Design District and Midtown or north from Downtown and Brickell, you'll find us right on the boulevard. Coming from Miami Beach, the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195) connects over to Biscayne Blvd on the mainland side. However you're arriving, it's worth leaving a little extra time during Miami's typical morning and evening rush, since Biscayne Blvd can slow down like any major corridor near Downtown, depending on traffic.
