Full-Arch Implants · Serving Brickell

All-on-4® for Brickell,
a full-arch plan that fits your work calendar.

All-on-4 in Brickell starts with one question most professionals ask first: how much work will I miss? At Prana Dental, a short drive north in Edgewater, Dr. Aakash Rana, DDS plans fixed full-arch teeth from $9,999 per arch, and the schedule runs Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. That leaves room to put the big day where it costs you the fewest meetings.

Starting at $9,999 per arch. You see the itemized price in writing before anything is scheduled.

Why busy Brickell professionals put this off, and how to stop

Brickell runs on long days in the financial district and evenings that disappear into dinners around Mary Brickell Village. For a lot of people in their 40s, 50s and 60s, old crowns, bridges and root canals start failing at the same time, and the patch-it-later approach stops working. A full arch on implants replaces a whole row of problem teeth with one fixed set, which is why it comes up when several teeth are going at once.

The barrier usually isn't interest. It's the calendar, and breaking the process into steps with known time commitments makes it easier to plan.

Getting here from Brickell

The office is at 3050 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 703, where Biscayne meets NE 30th Street. From Brickell City Centre or the Simpson Park area, take Brickell Ave north across the river and continue up Biscayne Blvd, or use I-95 north to I-395 and then Biscayne. Either way, expect about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

The building offers parking, and street parking is available around it. A rideshare can drop you right at the building on Biscayne. Metromover's Brickell Loop links to downtown but doesn't continue to Edgewater, so it's not a practical way to reach us; Metrobus routes on Biscayne are an option, and the GO Miami-Dade Transit app lists current times.

Planning your full-arch day around work

The first visit: one evening or a Saturday morning

Your free first visit covers an exam, a 3D scan and a digital smile preview. It doesn't require a day off, so many Brickell patients book it after work or on a Saturday.

Treatment day: block the day and the next few

Treatment day usually means removing teeth that can't be kept, placing the implants and, in many cases, attaching a fixed temporary set. With oral sedation, you won't be in shape to answer email that afternoon. A Thursday or Friday appointment lets the weekend absorb the first days of recovery, and some people add a day or two of remote work after that.

Back at your desk

Speaking with new teeth can take a little practice, so you may sound slightly different on calls for a short while. Swelling varies from person to person. If you have a presentation or a client event coming up, mention it at the first visit so the dates can be planned around it.

Healing and final teeth

Over the next few months the implants bond with the bone, depending on how you heal. Check-ins are short and can land early in the morning or in the evening, and the final arch is made in our in-house lab before it's fitted.

Is All-on-4 right for you, or All-on-X?

The All-on-4 method anchors a fixed bridge on four implants per arch. When bone or bite forces call for more support, Dr. Rana may recommend , which uses additional implants and starts at the same $9,999 per arch. If only a tooth or two needs replacing, dental implants for Brickell patients may be a better fit. Dr. Rana is a general dentist who trained at NYU College of Dentistry and plans each case himself; when a case needs an oral surgeon, he refers it. The All-on-4 overview covers the treatment in full.

What it costs and how to pay

Pricing at Prana starts at $9,999 per arch. In Miami, full-arch treatment like this is commonly quoted around $20,000 to $30,000 per arch, which is why comparing line items matters more than comparing headline numbers: implants, abutments, final teeth, extractions, sedation and the provisional should each be listed. Our cost breakdown goes further.

If you'd rather spread the cost out, there are 0% financing options on approved credit through CareCredit, Cherry and LendingClub. Employer dental plans are welcome, since most major dental insurance is accepted. Plans often cap yearly benefits somewhere around $1,000 to $2,000; we check your benefits for you. The ride back to Brickell after sedation

Oral sedation means you can't drive yourself home, and a solo rideshare isn't a substitute for having someone with you. Arrange for a partner, friend or family member to drive you the 15 to 20 minutes back to Brickell and stay with you for the rest of the day. If your building has a long walk from the garage to the elevator, ask them to see you to your door.

At home, have soft foods ready and set an out-of-office message before you leave. The sedation page and the recovery timeline explain what the first days usually look like. If something worries you while you heal, call or text us; emergency dental care for Brickell explains what counts as urgent.

Questions, answered

How many days off work do I need for All-on-4 if I work in Brickell?

It depends on your case and how you heal, so Dr. Rana gives you a personal estimate after your scan. Many people plan treatment day plus a few quiet days after it. Booking late in the week lets the weekend cover part of that time.

Can I get All-on-4 consultations in the evening near Brickell?

Yes. Prana Dental is open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm so the free first visit can happen after work or on a Saturday. Call or text (786) 579-0521 to pick a time.

Can I take Metromover from Brickell to Prana Dental?

It won't take you the whole distance. The Brickell Loop connects to downtown, and Metromover's Omni Loop ends around NE 15th Street, well short of the office at NE 30th. A car, rideshare or Metrobus along Biscayne is the practical route.

Will my employer dental plan pay for All-on-4?

It may pay for part of it, but implant coverage varies, and some plans exclude implants or have waiting periods. Annual maximums often fall around $1,000 to $2,000 and cover only a portion of a full-arch case. Most major insurance is accepted, and we check your benefits for you.
